Contributions in memory of loved ones and in honor of the simchas in our lives are acts of loving kindness. We are grateful for your generous support of Temple through various Temple Funds.
Donations of $5 and up can be made for any reason at any time to the following funds. A minimum contribution of $10 will be printed in the bulletin.
Harriet & Jesse Goodwin Arts & Humanities Fund:
Finances cultural activities at TSTI.
Tree of Life Fund:
For maintenance of Tree of Life sculpture in our Sanctuary lobby.
Josh Littman Audio-Visual Fund:
Brings the full benefits of video technology to the congregation.
William and Sam Green Pulpit Fund:
For perpetual maintenance, repairs and renovations of our TSTI Sanctuary pulpit and its extensions.
Abelson, Echickson, Ehrenkrantz Library Fund:
To purchase books for and to maintain our library.
Norma Benisch Mansion Restoration Fund:
Restoration and maintenance of our Mansion.
Melville & Rose Berlow Music Fund:
Special music services and programs.
Helen A. Broder Museum Fund:
Maintenance of our museum.
Iris Family Matters Fund:
Underwrites a number of special and ongoing programs of particular interest to young families.
Gellis Family Fund for Senior Programming:
Provides enrichment opporunities for seniors in our temple and community.
Pearl and Sam Green Pre-school Enrichment Fund:
Provides supplemental enrichment and educational programs and materials as well as scholarships for our Preschool.
David I. Greenstone Memorial Fund:
Humanities fund for music and art.
Richard Gross Fund:
For confirmation Class award.
Adam Katz Fund:
For programs on bereavement.
Maurice Koenigsberg Music and Art Fund:
For the support of appreciation and advancement of all phases of music and art.
Alexander Permisson Fund:
For lectures, adult education and programs designed by the Rabbi.
Harry Levine B'nai Mitzvah Fund:
Provides financial assistance to Bar/Bat Mitzvah students with learning difficulties who are in need of special instruction in addition to their regular class programs.
Prayer Book Fund:
To maintain and replace prayerbooks.
Rabbi Goldman, Rabbi Cohen, Rabbi Miller and Cantor Aronson Discretionary Funds:
To be used for clergy's individual Temple purposes at each clergyperson's discretion.
Dr. Alfred and Erna Schick Fund:
Provides scholarships to worthy individuals for various educational experiences to be determined by the rabbinic staff.
Linda and Rudy Slucker Religious School Fund:
To underwrite enrichment programs not part of the normal Religious School curriculum and provide scholarships for Jewish camping, weekend conclaves and trips to Israel.
Temple Transport Fund:
Provides taxi service to and from temple for members who are independently mobile but are unable to drive themselves.
Pomerantz Fund for Adult Jewish Learning:
Promotes adult educational experiences in the field of Judaism.
Women's Connection Fund for Reform Jewish Summers:
Provides partial tuition for Reform Jewish camping and travel experiences for elementary and high school students.
Brotherhood Youth Activities Fund:
Assists Youth Group activities.
Pearl and William Stark Scholarship Fund
Provides scholarships for Confirmation Class trip to Israel.
